How Your Order Travels

From the moment you click buy, to the moment your horse wears their new gear.

1. Preparation

We pull the product from our stock, apply a final hand-burnish and check, then securely package it with care.

2. Secure Transit

Your order is collected by our courier partners (DHL/Fedex/Bluedart) and fully insured for loss or damage.

3. Stable Arrival

The courier delivers the package directly to your doorstep. Inspect the fit on your horse with peace of mind.

Easy Returns

30-Day Fit & Satisfaction Guarantee

Getting the perfect fit for your horse is critical for safety and comfort. We know that sizing can sometimes be tricky. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy.

You can try the tack on your clean horse. If the size is incorrect or you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly arrange an exchange or refund. The items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, without sweat marks or scratches.

Return Process

  1. Email info@cantercompany.com with your Order ID.
  2. Our team will verify and authorize your return request.
  3. Package the unused item securely and ship it back to us.
  4. Once received, we dispatch your exchange or process a refund.
Shipping Queries

Logistics & Returns FAQ

Since every item is hand-finished and inspected in our workshop, we typically dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our facility.

For shipments outside India, import duties, customs taxes, or carrier handling fees may be charged by your country of destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Canter Equestrians does not collect or control these fees.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@cantercompany.com. If the order has not yet been collected by our courier partner, we will update the shipping details for you free of charge. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect packages.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. If you would like to initiate an exchange or return, please email our support team with your order number. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective.

Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner (Bluedart, DHL, or Fedex), a tracking link will automatically be generated and sent to you via email and SMS. You can click that link to see real-time updates of your package status.

All our shipments are fully insured. If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier or arrives physically damaged, please email us clear photos of the damage immediately. We will initiate a replacement order or process a full refund right away.
